Making informed management decisions starts with a good understanding of how the infrastructure is performing and what potential performance issues will likely develop in the future. At EMS we work with our client’s technical staff in identifying these potential performance issues and the information that will be needed to make informed decisions.

The tools that are used to identify performance issues range from potential failure modes analyses to complex computer modeling to a review of historical visual inspections/performance observations.

Our background in civil engineering allows us to understand the technical performance issues. Because of this, we are very efficient at working with our client’s technical staff to determine what information will be needed and how to provide it in the correct format for making decisions.
